Seller Agreement
Listing on Block Arsenal means you are acting as the party responsible for the assets, claims, and business activity tied to your storefront.
Seller responsibilities
- Only upload content you have the right to sell, distribute, update, and support.
- Keep listing copy, compatibility claims, screenshots, and package contents accurate.
- Honor the support channels, update commitments, and promises shown on your storefront and listing pages.
- Understand that Block Arsenal may remove, pause, or review listings that create policy, fraud, security, or legal risk.
Fees and payouts
Platform fees may be deducted from paid sales before payout readiness is calculated. Hold periods, payout timing, refund exposure, and fraud review may affect when funds become available.
Taxes and records
You are responsible for any taxes, filings, registrations, reporting, or business obligations tied to your listings, sales, and payouts. Block Arsenal does not prepare W-2 employment forms for marketplace creators or sellers, does not act as your payroll service, and does not provide legal or tax advice.
