Overview

Plane Deploy is already much more than a teleport plugin. The current source and docs show a full deployment stack with plane state, door zones, spawn groups, squads, wind drift, HUD feedback, and a parachute subsystem inside the same jar.

It is marked as a future-stage page because the public release shape is still being refined, but the system itself is real and already well documented.

Guide

Plane Deploy purpose banner

Purpose

Turn insertion into a designed gameplay system

Plane Deploy is for servers that want entering the battlefield to feel like a real part of the event, not a forgotten prelude.

The plugin owns the whole deploy flow: plane visual, door crossing, weighted spawn selection, deploy state, drift, parachute handling, squad behavior, and ground detection.

That lets the entry into the match or event feel coordinated and memorable instead of like a hidden command that only happens to move players.

Overview

  • Plane visuals and player-state transitions.
  • Door zones and weighted spawn-group routing.
  • Squads, wind drift, HUD feedback, and parachute behavior.

First Boot

Prove one solo drop before you expand into squads

The smartest rollout is one clean door zone, one spawn group, and one confirmed parachute landing.

The local wiki already shows the key file split: config.yml for the deploy runtime and data.yml for door zones and weighted spawn groups.

TEXT
Core commands
/planedeploy
/squad
/parachute

Start with one solo route and one safe landing zone. Once that loop is stable, it makes sense to bring squads, wind tuning, and larger aircraft interiors online.

First boot

  • The plane visual, door trigger, and player state flow all agree with each other.
  • One spawn group produces clean, reliable landings.
  • The parachute lane is working before the server relies on it in bigger events.

Standout Features

The standout feature is how complete the insertion stack already is

Plane Deploy already links door zones, weighted routing, squads, HUD feedback, wind drift, and parachute behavior instead of treating them as separate plugins.

That is what gives the plugin its value. The deploy moment can stay cinematic and still be operationally clear, because the player state and the world-state are being handled together.

Servers that care about event quality benefit from that immediately. The insertion phase stops feeling like dead air and starts feeling like real gameplay.

Why the system already feels strong

  • Player flow and world-routing live in the same product.
  • Squads and parachutes do not have to be bolted on later.
  • The admin tooling is already shaped around live event use.

Showcase

Show the flyover, the door crossing, and the landing

Plane Deploy needs to be seen as a sequence, not only described as a feature list.

The strongest gallery should show the plane pass, the actual door-triggered drop, and the landing or parachute moment that proves the flow works end to end.

That is the fastest way to communicate that this is a real insertion system, not only an admin teleport wrapper.

Gallery

  • The insertion looks cinematic and controlled.
  • The door and routing logic are grounded in real gameplay flow.
  • The landing phase is readable and worth building around.
